Himeno Kimihara, genannt Hime, führt das ganz normale Leben einer Highschool-Schülerin – mit Schule, Freundschaften und ersten Gefühlen. Der einzige Unterschied: Sie ist ein Zentaur. Gemeinsam mit ihren ebenso ungewöhnlichen Mitschülerinnen wie der Drachenmädchen Nozomi, der Ziegenmenschen Kyoko und weiteren fantastischen Wesen erlebt sie einen bunten Schulalltag voller Alltagsmomente unter Mädchen, die menschlich und doch ganz anders sind.
